1Registration & Booking
1.1. A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received by the Agency.
1.2. A non-refundable Registration Fee of ₹2,000 shall apply to every booking. This fee covers documentation, profile sourcing, verification, interview coordination and administrative processing undertaken in connection with the booking.
2Service Initiation

Exclusions: The above provision shall not apply where the delay or non-initiation is caused by Customer postponement, change of requirements, failure to respond, refusal of suitable candidates, incorrect information provided by the Customer, or any Force Majeure event.
